I used to let self-care slide. After working through pastoral burnout, now I pay more attention to self-care and work to live within a self-care mindset. I am not perfect at it but I'm always working on it. I would love for you to join me so you can experience the blessing of self-care. This is a gift for yourself and for those around you.

Moving at a fast pace while carrying a heavy load can:
Increase your sense of personal failure as a ministry leader.
Reduce or eliminate the time you take to think through next steps.
Impact your health: mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Negatively impact relationships (friends, family, and with those you lead).
Leave you feeling like an empty shell.
Drain you of creativity, especially the Spirit-given creativity needed to innovate.
